I got my degree in Sign Language Interpreting from the
University of Applied Sciences Magdeburg-Stendal after 4 years of
study and training in 2003. |

From December 2004 till September 2006 I have been working as an
Interpreter for German and German Sign Language in the Munich area. |
|
| |
After my move to the US in 2006 I improved my ASL skills and attended ASL interpreting programs (Ohlone College, NorCRID). I have used ASL in day-to-day communication with Deaf colleagues in an office environment. Since 2013 I have worked for a Germany-based remote interpreting service, VerbaVoice. |
